At BÉIS, we want you to love every journey with our gear, which is why we offer a 45-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund, while exchanges and store credit returns are always free.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head to our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve your future travels.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your original BÉIS packaging.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days.
